Blossoming Pillars

In collaboration with Raquel Rodrigo from Arquicostura Studio (Spain)

Art installation Blossoming Pillars used traditional cross-stitch techniques on a grand scale.
Nine illuminated columns ascended from the grounds of Al Bujairi. Using the technique of cross stitch, Raquel Rodrigo took viewers deep into a dialogue of tradition and the significance it holds in our modern world.
